INGREDIENTS
2 salmon or trout fillets (could use any fish)
1 clove of garlic
1 Tsp Dry Thai Seasoning (see below)
1 Tblspn Red Curry Paste
Couple drops Thai Fish Sauce
¼ Tsp Thai Lime
1 Tsp Dry Thai Basil
Fresh Thai Basil (appox. 12 leaves)
1 Tsp Cassava Flour (or All Purpose Flour)
DIPPING SUACE
Mayo
Mustard (any kind...dijon, brown, reg)
Sweet Chili Sauce (Franks)
Siracha
Quantities to taste, mix well.
DIRECTIONS
Chop Garlic in Food
processor
Rough chop fish and add to food processor
Add Dry Thai Seasoning, Red Curry Paste, Coconut Amino,
Fish Sauce, Thai Lime, Dry Thai Basil, fresh Thai Basil,
Cassava Flour.
Grind.
Form into small patties and fry in olive oil.
Thai Seasoning
1⁄2 tablespoon ground
cumin
1 tablespoon sea salt
1 tablespoon fresh ground white pepper.
1 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper.
1 tablespoon ground dried hot Thai red chili pepper (to
taste)
2 tablespoons dried lemongrass (ground powder)
2 tablespoons dried lime zest
2 tablespoons garlic powder
I've made this recipe with a wide variation of
ingredients and works well.
